Vegan Chick’n Florentine
Some nights you just need a meal that feels a little fancy without all the fuss, right? That’s exactly why I love this vegan chicken Florentine. It’s creamy, garlicky, and loaded with spinach—comfort food that also sneaks in some greens. The best part? It comes together in one pan, so you can whip it up on a weeknight but still feel like you’re eating something straight out of a restaurant. Whether you’re cooking for your family or just want to treat yourself, this recipe will make you feel like a pro in the kitchen—without the stress.
1 bag of Vegan chick’n
1 tablespoon Vegan butter
2 cloves garlic minced
3/4 cup vegetable broth
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 cup vegan heavy cream
1/4 cup vegan parmesan cheese
2 cups baby spinach
Melt the vegan butter in the pan with a splash of oil and add the garlic. Cook for about 30 seconds.
Pour in the vegetable broth and Italian seasoning. Let it cook for 5–6 minutes until the liquid goes down.
Stir in the vegan cream and let it boil. Add the vegan parmesan cheese and spinach.
Add the vegan chick’n in the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, until the sauce gets thicker.
Serve right away with the creamy Florentine sauce.
